For a gift that allows Faith Roots Reproductive Action to determine how to use the funds based on the most immediate and pressing needs, use the following language for your will and/or trust: 

 

I give to Faith Roots Reproductive Action, a nonprofit corporation with current mailing address of P.O. Box 25046 Albuquerque, New Mexico 87125, or its successor thereto, _________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and general support. 

 

 

For purposes of recognition:

• I want to be recognized for my gift, which may include listing my name.  

• I want to keep my name private. Please list me as “Anonymous.” 

 

If you have named Faith Roots Reproductive Action in your will or trust, please let us know. Notifying us of your plans will enable us to recognize your future gift. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we will keep your name and gift in strict confidence.
