Family Friendly Business Awards
Platinum Level Business Award 2023
In 2023, Faith Roots Reproductive Action, back when it was NM RCRC was awarded a platinum level family friendly business award by Family Friendly New Mexico for prioritizing family friendly policies in the workplace. The platinum level is the highest award level awarded for meeting at least two family friendly policies in each of these categories; paid leave, health support, work schedules, and economic support, plus one policy in each of the three Platinum level categories; pay equity, diversity & inclusion, and community investment.
Family Friendly New Mexico is a nonprofit initiative that recognizes New Mexico businesses with family friendly policies and serves as a resource for businesses to increase and improve the policies they offer their employees. FFNM does not advocate for legislation or regulation but simply works to promote family friendly business practices to New Mexico businesses.
Gold Level Business Award 2021 and 2022
In 2021 and 2022 Faith Roots Reproductive Action, back when it was NMRCRC, was awarded gold level family friendly business awards by Family Friendly New Mexico for prioritizing family friendly policies in the workplace. The Gold level is the second-highest award level awarded for meeting at least one family friendly policy in each of these categories; paid leave, health support, work schedules, and economic support.
